Payment Methods
QAZILA accepts payments by VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.
- The total amount is debited immediately from your selected payment method once you click the "Complete Order" button at checkout.
- In case of a refund, the amount will be credited only to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Carts under €20
- Ozerty may apply a processing fee of $16.95 for carts totaling less than $20 so that we can continue offering more items at lower prices, as shipping costs are significantly higher for small orders. Adding extra items to reach the minimum order amount also helps prevent excessive packaging waste.
- To avoid the processing fee: place an order of $20 or more on our website. Alternatively, if you place a new order within 24 hours and the combined total of all orders reaches $20 or more, the fee will be automatically waived or, if already paid, will be refunded.
- These conditions are communicated to the customer before confirming the order and form an integral part of these Payment Terms.
Currency & Banking Fees
- All transactions are processed in USD, and you pay in USD—no currency conversion is applied on our end.
- All prices displayed on our website include VAT (Taxes for US and Canada are calculated at checkout).
- Important: If your payment method is in another currency, your bank may charge a conversion fee. We recommend checking with your bank for any applicable charges.
